"****Update after business response: Thank you for responding. To clarify, my review did not request that any claim or account details be discussed publicly. My concern was about the CONSTANT REPEATED ADMINISTRATIVE CONFUSION and the fact that we continue to RECEIVE MAIL RELATED TO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WITH THE SAME NAME NEARLY A YEAR AFTER OUR POLICY HAS ENDED despite our household being separate. Unfortunately, the response provided does NOT ADDRESSED THOSE CONCERNS AND REFLECTS THE SAME LACK OF CLARITY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL described in my review. At this point, we are no longer customers, and the issue being raised is simply that correspondence connected to another household continues to be sent to our address despite previous notifications. That type of recordkeeping issue should be corrected internally rather than requiring further follow-up from A FORMER CUSTOMER. I would give 0/5 stars if i could. We made the decision to leave State Farm after ongoing and deeply concerning issues involving repeated account confusion between our household and another family member. Despite multiple attempts to clarify that we are separate parties, we were consistently told that removing my father in law from our policy would result in higher rates. We trusted the guidance we were given and relied on the assumption that the information provided was accurate and in our best interest. After leaving, we unfortunately learned that this was not the case. Once we removed my father in law from the policy, we received a significantly lower quote while still maintaining full coverage on our vehicle. Discovering that we had been paying more unnecessarily was extremely frustrating and undermined the trust we had placed in their advice. Following our departure, I still had an open claim, and the experience deteriorated significantly. The professionalism and customer service we once experienced disappeared. Communication became aggressive and unproductive, and I was informed that they would not speak with me directly without involving their attorneys. That shift in tone was alarming, unnecessary, and deeply disappointing. Ultimately, I resolved the matter independently. What is most concerning is that nearly a year after terminating our policy, we continue to receive mail addressed to an entirely different family with the same last name individuals who have no connection to our household or address. Despite repeated notifications, this administrative confusion persists. This reflects a serious lack of internal accuracy and raises valid concerns about privacy and record management. Insurance is built on trust, transparency, and competence. Unfortunately, our experience here with STATE FARM at Veronica‘s office, reflected the opposite a pattern of mismanagement, poor communication, and disregard for customer concerns. For a company that promotes reliability and integrity, this was profoundly disappointing."
