Welcome to the Veronica Schlagel State Farm Agent office! In 2026, I am proud to celebrate 25 years as a State Farm agent and over 28 years of serving the insurance needs of individuals and families. As a longtime resident of Johnstown, CO, I have been dedicated to providing personalized insurance plans and exceptional service since opening my office in 2001. Our commitment extends to the communities of Johnstown, Milliken, and beyond.

Our bilingual team is happy to assist customers in both English and Spanish, and our pet-friendly office ensures a welcoming experience for all.

I attended the University of Colorado and earned my degree in International Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. I am deeply committed to supporting my community and actively serve on the boards of organizations such as the Weld RE5J Foundation and the Johnstown Downtown Development Association. I also volunteer with the Weld Food Bank, JM Kiwanis, and A Women’s Place. In 2021, I was honored to receive the Johnstown Citizen of the Year award, a reflection of my dedication to giving back.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching, and watching sports. I have been happily married to Charlie for nearly 35 years; he owns his own accounting firm. We have three wonderful children: Jacob, a mechanical engineer at Siemens Energy; Nyah, a master's graduate in accounting from DU now working at Deloitte; and Colten, a high school senior pursuing aerospace engineering. Our family also includes our beloved mini Aussie, Scooter.
